Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
The Vision
We are transforming the automotive aftermarket. ShopConnect, our vehicle service booking platform for independent auto service shops, and MyRide901, our vehicle management platform, are closing the gap between the mechanic’s bay and the driver’s smartphone.
The Role
Working directly with the founding team, you will help plan and execute GTM strategy around new product features; as well as pilots, shop and vehicle owner engagement and product feedback.
What You’ll Do
- Drive GTM effort for MyRide901 and ShopConnect.
- Help turn product releases into shop/user adoption plans.
- Represent the ShopConnect and MyRide901 brands in online automotive communities and local industry groups.
- Speak with shops, users, and automotive enthusiasts to gather feedback.
- Identify and qualify independent automotive repair shops as potential customers for the ShopConnect platform; and vehicle owners as potential subscribers to the MyRide901 app.
- Review usage, engagement, funnel, and booking data.
- Investigate churn and recommend practical fixes.
- Help build a community of early adopters, shops, and advocates
- Create simple launch plans, outreach plans, follow-up plans, and feedback loops
Qualifications & Skills
- The “Connector” Mindset: You enjoy building relationships and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or send a cold message.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the automotive sector, auto repair, car culture, and automotive technology is a huge plus.
- Ability to Listen: Can turn customer feedback into useful product and marketing insight.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can explain technical software in a way that is simple and relatable for busy shop owners, having the ability to speak “mechanic” and “vehicle owner” with equal ease.
- Mobility: GTA-based with access to a car for travel to shops, events, and customers.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a “startup” environment and are comfortable wearing multiple hats. You take ownership, moving independently and openly from ideation to plan to execution.
